30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. We cover all return shipping costs.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- ◆Be in original condition — unworn, unaltered
- ◆Include original packaging and certification documents
- ◆Be requested within 30 days of delivery
Custom engraved items may not be eligible for return unless defective or incorrectly made.
How to Return
- 1.Contact us at relyrings.com/contact with your order number.
- 2.We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
- 3.Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- 4.Drop it off at the carrier — we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
1-Year Free Resizing
In addition to our return policy, we offer free ring resizing within 1 year of purchase. If your ring doesn't fit, contact us and we'll take care of it.
